**General Manager - Quick Service - $50K + Monthly Bonus (Peoria, IL)

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a motivated team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members.
Execute marketing plans, ensuring all promotional materials are correctly implemented.
Maintain operational excellence by ensuring proper staffing, training, and compliance with company standards.
Drive team performance through strong leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L reviews.
Ensure proper inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
Uphold high standards for safety, sanitation, and HR compliance to create a safe and inclusive environment for all.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume or quick-service concept.
Skills: Proven leadership abilities, excellent communication, and strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge: Proficient in operational systems, scheduling, budgeting, and P&L management.
Abilities: High sense of urgency, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working around high temperatures and various cleaning products.
