General Manager needed for this Panama City Beach Hampton Inn that has just completed a Gorgeous Renovation.
We're five minutes from seafood restaurants and beachside fun in Panama City. Our guests enjoy charter boat tours and deep sea fishing a half a mile away, and The Naval Surface Warfare Center and the Coast Guard are two miles north. ZooWorld and Shipwreck Island Waterpark are less than 15 minutes from our door. We also offer an outdoor pool and whirlpool.

Currently we are looking for a top performingGeneral Manager.The general manager is in charge of all daily hotel operations to guarantee that guests enjoy an outstanding experience. They are responsible for all hotel services, such as guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, revenue management, expense management, team building, and employee development. This position requires a flexible and dynamic problem solver with exceptional leadership abilities who can empower staff to give superior customer service to hotel guests, associates, and visitors. - Manage budgets, financial plans, financial records, and statistical information.
- Recruit, train, and coach staff.

- Compliance with all current brand standards including regulatory and Commonwealth Hotels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and possession of a full understanding of professional business ethics, decorum, and social skills.
- Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.

- Understanding of group and transient sales process and forecasting procedures.
- Excellent organization skills, manages time well, correctly prioritizes and is flexible.
