What You’ll Do:
- Set strategic vision within a geographic area tied to the overall strategic goals and priorities of the company.
- Clearly articulate the company’s ongoing strategic vision into sound operating business plans and processes.
- Assist the sales team in developing sales strategies and executing strategies leveraging data and technology.
- Collaborate with all regional businesses to ensure strategies and expectations are aligned, executed, and accomplished to meet the overarching goals for the company.
- Plan, organize, and direct the execution through data analytics of all corporate business activities to drive sales execution and gain market share against competitors.
- Stay informed and updated on industry trends and leverage key relationships with organizations and industry leaders to grow the business.
- Act as a servant leader with a focus on developing a high-performing team.
- Exhibit a commitment to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Must possess a four-year bachelor’s degree. An MBA is preferred.
- At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience.
- At least 8 years of senior sales experience.
- At least 5 years of parking industry experience.
- Experience working with a diverse stakeholder group.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing content and strategies.
- A critical thinker, with an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
