As a Restaurant General Manager in Ogden, UT your day-to-day responsibilities will involve maintaining accountability for a profitable operation of the restaurant while providing consistent delivery of customer service to all guests. You will oversee the maintenance of restaurant quality while providing leadership and development of team members. Your expertise in hospitality management will be put to good use as you ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented and maintained in a consistent manner while engaging customers with true hospitality. Overall, you will play an integral role in ensuring that each guest has an enjoyable experience at our restaurant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accountability for the profitable operation of the restaurant
- Provide consistent delivery of customer service to all guests
- Oversee maintenance of restaurant quality
- Provide leadership and development of team members
- Maintain an environment of trust, credibility, dignity and respect
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented and maintained in a consistent manner
Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 years or more QSR management experience
- Ability to work weekends as well as evenings
