- Competitive pay. Base salary between $50,000 to $55,000, PLUS a bonus of up to 1% of store sales (average $15k bonus)

Requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High standards of cleanliness and organization
- An open-minded approach to challenges and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including some weekends and holidays
- Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve shared goals and targets
Other Physical/Legal Requirements
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
- 50-hour workweek
- Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice, or trash removal
- Face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers
- Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines
- Valid driver's license
- Preferred- 2 years of restaurant experience, including progressive supervisory experience
- Preferred - ServSafe Certified
