Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and manage staff to ensure efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in training and developing team members.
- Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare reports and analyze performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Valid in-state driver's license and availability to work Saturdays.
- A.S.E. certification preferred.
