Job Title: Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and manage staff to ensure efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in training and developing team members.
• Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare reports and analyze performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Valid in-state driver's license and availability to work Saturdays.
• A.S.E. certification preferred.
