Job duties

• Lead the charge in managing the day-to-day operations of our thriving restaurant, ensuring smooth sailing on the seas of hospitality.
• Cultivate a winning team through strategic selection, development, and performance management of our exceptional employees.
• Take the reins on inventory management and ordering, ensuring our shelves are stocked with the finest goods to delight our guests and keep within a strategic budget.
• Spark excitement with revenue-generating events that keep our patrons coming back for more.
• Drive profitability through savvy decision-making and a keen eye for optimization opportunities.
• Champion guest satisfaction, ensuring each dining experience is nothing short of extraordinary.
