General Manager - Culver's

Culver's, a renowned brand in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction at our store. Main Responsibilities of a Store Manager

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Hiring, training, and mentoring restaurant staff.
• Responsible for leading and managing the team
• Responsible for the operational and financial success of restaurant
• Interviewing & completing onboarding paperwork for new hires
• Completing a truck order and develop assist manager to do truck orders while overseeing it
• Completing a crew schedule
• Completing Monday morning inventory and analyze Actual vs Theroretical
• Identifying our opportunities as a store after analyzing the P&L statement
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures

Store Manager Qualifications

• Handle high volume sales (5+ million annually in sales)
• ServSafe certificate
• 7+ years in the restaurant industry and has been in a GM role for 5 of those years
• Teamworking skills
• Verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm
• Executive skills
• Showing initiative
• Setting a good example

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
