Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee company operations, inventory, and staff management.
- Drive sales and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage budgets financials, and meet performance targets.
- Implement marketing strategies and foster business growth.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Use your construction expertise to guide projects and customer inquiries.
- Manage and optimize CRM systems and automated processes to streamline customer interactions and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership-management experience in retail, construction, or home improvement.
- 10 years of construction and /or flooring experience
- GC License or equivalent construction-related certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with estimates, project management, and handling construction-related inquiries.
- Knowledge of flooring products and remodeling processes.
- Experience with CRM management or automated systems is a plus.
