About the Job
Demi is an intimate 20-seat, tasting menu only restaurant in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the heart of the American Midwest. Our entire team, including culinary, hospitality, dishwashing, and bar professionals, is only 17 people. We are looking for a motivated, curious, and team-oriented individuals to join our team.

Job DescriptionDemi is looking for a new General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations. In addition to the nuts and bolts of opening, closing, payroll, and controlling costs, Demi’s General Manager must be committed to providing the highest level of hospitality and guest experience while actively leading service as a member of the front of house team.
An emotionally intelligent self-starter with strong problem solving and teamwork skills will be the best fit. Strong food, wine, spirits, and technical service knowledge is required.
Demi is a member of Relais & Châteaux, an association of 580 unique hotels and restaurants throughout the world with a dedication to creating joyful guest experiences and offering exceptional levels of service. Demi was the only independent restaurant selected for the association in 2024 and the only member in Minnesota.
The expected work schedule is Wednesday through Sunday.
