About the Job
Our client is well known in the space and is seeking a General Manager to join their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$80,000 – $90,000
Position Overview:
The General Manager will join a collaborate team and report into the VP of the Region. The General Manager manages a team of LCAM’s and Administrative Staff.
Responsibilities of the General Manager:
- Indirectly manage properties within the portfolio of communities
- Financial background to prepare and present budgets and financial reports
- Operational procedures within the building and portfolio of communities
- Maintain resident relations that are escalated
- Team building events within the office and providing an excellent work culture
- Training and development within the office team
Qualifications for the General Manager:
- Must have Active LCAM License
- Must have 5 years of Supervisory Experience
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must have an accounting and finance background to understand GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Preferred to have Real Estate, Property Management or Hospitality Experience
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
