Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS) offers a range of alternative media management and consulting solutions. We are hiring a General Manager of Media Services to lead list management services for IMS.
As a strategic business builder, you will focus on maximizing the monetization of brand and client customer data assets. This role is crucial in driving revenue through the effective use of customer lists, expanding the client base for List Management services, and optimizing sales from Package Inserts and Credit Statement Stuffers.
What You’ll Do:
As General Manager of Media Services, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximize the value of customer data assets, optimize space and sales, and enhance the effectiveness of media placements. The role requires a deep understanding of the media landscape, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive continuous growth and revenue generation.
You will also be responsible for:
• Building and maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients, vendors, cross-functional partners, and team members, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
• Strategically managing and optimizing the monetization of brand and client customer data assets
• Maximizing the fill rate for Package Inserts and Credit Statement Stuffers, ensuring these key media placements are fully utilized as a source of revenue
• Collaborating with senior leadership to align goals with overall company objectives, particularly in the areas of list monetization, Package Inserts, and Credit Statement Stuffers
• Communicating customer needs and market trends to key IMS stakeholders
• Ongoing analysis, optimization, and reporting of business performance, with a focus on revenue targets from list monetization, Package Inserts, Credit Statement Stuffers, and new client acquisition
• Leading negotiations for all major contracts related to the monetization of customer data assets, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients while maximizing profitability
