Job Summary:
The General Manager position involves overseeing all facets of a 48-unit Condominium complex. This includes managing structural, landscape, systems, and technology maintenance, ensuring financial reporting accuracy for a budget exceeding $9 Million, maintaining property security, facilitating board and management company communications, fostering a positive organizational culture, and providing support and guidance to the management team and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience in property management, facility maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with the board, management company, staff, and residents.
- Leadership abilities to mentor and support the management team and team members.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing property management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the Condominium complex.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities including structural, landscape, systems, and technology maintenance.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and budget management for the property.
- Maintain property security and address any security concerns promptly.
- Facilitate clear and effective communications with the board, management company, staff, and residents.
- Cultivate a positive organizational culture that aligns with the values of the community.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the management team and team members to ensure operational excellence.
