About the Job
Our client is an innovative global leader in Improv Comedy, corporate training, and entertainment opening their newest Location in historic Louisville Kentucky. We are looking for a dedicated, creative General Manager with a successful food & beverage background to lead their team
Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Manage food & beverage operations and day-to-day theatre operations to the highest standards.
· Manage theatre operations, including staff management, training and development, forecasting, planning, sourcing and ordering food and beverages, and maintaining inventories.
· Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and working condition of all equipment
· Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations by all members of the staff
· Maintain familiarity with all local liquor laws, ensure that all required training and licenses are current, and staff maintain 100% compliance with all company and local requirements for responsible alcohol service.· Commitment to fostering a supportive environment of superior customer service
Qualifications:
· Management experience in addition to a minimum of 2 years of food and beverage experience · Must have full cycle restaurant opening experience from recruiting and hiring the team, to scheduling and training. Previous theatre Or entertainment Venue management experience preferred.
