Position: General Manager (Custom Cabinetry Shop)

Position Summary:

As our General Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our

cabinet projects, from building to finishing and installing. We’re seeking someone with

proven experience in cabinetry and/or custom woodworking who can manage our team,

optimize processes, and work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including building, finishing, and installation of custom cabinetry.

• Manage a small but growing team of craftspeople, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

• Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand and fulfill design specifications.

• Develop and implement processes to improve production quality and efficiency.

• Train team members in technical skills and safety practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building, finishing, and installing custom cabinetry or similar woodworking projects.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
