Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Franchise Restaurants General Manager to lead their team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the fast food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Supervise and motivate staff to achieve high performance, fostering a positive work environment.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service standards are met, addressing customer concerns and feedback promptly.
- Financial Management: Monitor budget, control costs, and drive profitability through effective inventory and labor management.
- Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop team members, conducting performance reviews and implementing improvement plans.
- Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate on local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Quality Control: Maintain food safety standards and ensure product quality meets company expectations.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the fast food or restaurant industry, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
