Jackie Cooper Imports in Tulsa, is seeking a visionary and decisive General Manager to lead our Mercedes Benz and Porsche dealerships to new heights of success. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dealership operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve dealership goals and objectives
- Lead and motivate sales, service, and administrative teams to maximize performance and productivity
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and product mix
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and community partners
- Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with department managers to set and achieve performance targets
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance dealership operations and profitability
- Extensive automotive dealership management experience, with a proven track record of success
- Strong cognitive knowledge of sales, finance, and service operations in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and retain top talent
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Proficient in using automotive CRM systems and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Expertise in developing and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic industry
