This is an amazing opportunity to join a team that specializes in commercial HVAC, energy savings, and building controls & automation. As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for utilizing your technical knowlege, leveraging your leadership, and client services skills and experience to drive revenue growth by leading the department, coordinating with operations and sales and other departments.

Responsibilities:

- Proven working experience in commercial HVAC with building automations/controls expertise

- Leadership, Sales, and strong business acumen

- 5 years in a leadership role

- Ability to build and manage project schedules

- Strong time management skills 

Essential job functions:

- Team building; effectively coach and train 

- Able to multi-task and prioritize changing priorities

- Identify and collaborate to solve problems efficiently and utilizing accurate data

- Strong commitment to long-term goals

- Excellent research skills and problem-solving abilities

Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Knowledge of HVAC and Building Automation Systems

- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong computer skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $160,00-190,000
