The Main Street Exchange is seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead the dedicated team. In close partnership with company owners, the General Manager will be responsible for achieving strategic goals and driving company growth. Additionally, the General Manager will cultivate results for all day-to-day operations as well as provide hands-on leadership to team members. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a heart for people, a mind for business, and a commitment to nurturing a positive and collaborative workplace.
General Manager Position Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail, general management, or related field, with a proven record of developing successful teams
- Strong business acumen with experience in operations management, including sales, purchasing, and inventory management
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
