KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring a high standard of service and member satisfaction.
- Lead and develop a talented team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement and manage effective business-to-business marketing strategies to enhance our community presence.
- Drive social media engagement and content creation to promote our brand and services.
- Develop and execute retention strategies to maintain and grow our member base.
- Organize and host community events to enhance local outreach and engagement.
- Manage scheduling, sales processes, and performance metrics for the entire team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fitness sales and management.
- Valid Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from an NCCA accredited program.
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field.
- Strong background in business-to-business marketing, social media, and member retention strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Pay: $31,250.00 - $80,000.00 per year
