Job Responsibilities

• Manage the kitchen efficiently each day to keep an ongoing supply of fresh cookies available for purchase
• Develop and execute innovative strategic marketing strategies
• Understand and track reports and use them to track store metrics
• Establish a fun and productive culture while motivating and coaching employees on how to interact with customers in a dynamic business environment
• Resolve conflict or complaints from customers and employees
• Inventory management
• Create efficient staffing models that promote a positive workforce culture
• Hiring and training of new employees
