About the Job
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Hospitality Operations, Sports & Entertainment, Event Coordination, F&B Operations Management, or similar
F&B experience in a Stadium, Arena, or high volume venue is necessary
Proven track record of positively fostering client relationships
Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities.
Must be a leader who thrives on development and mentorship of staff
Must live near, be able to commute, or relocate to Duluth, GA
Specialized Qualifications:
Excellent listening and communication skills
Renowned time management skills
Strong Customer Service skills with the desire to go above and beyond a client’s needs.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage Operations
The ability to work alone and as a team.
Knowledge of POS Systems, specifically Square is highly preferred.
Work Environment
This position breakdown will be a variety of office work and event operations. Office work entails computer usage, interdepartmental meetings and communications via email, phone, and in person, and sorting and filing paperwork. Events may be in an outdoor setting with movement between temporary structures, buildings, and different terrains.
Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Periods of standing, moving through an event space, and traveling throughout the entire venue with bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items
Ability to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 25 lbs.

This is considered a full time salary position with opportunity for an annual performance bonus.
