Integrous is seeking a General Manager to provide hands-on leadership to the collaborative and innovative team. The General Manager will be responsible for cultivating results for day-to-day operations, streamlining processes and procedures for efficiency, and ensuring a continued commitment to outstanding customer service and exceptional product quality. Additionally, the General Manager will work closely with the company owners to advance strategic initiatives and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will fully align with and strengthen the Integrous mission, vision, and values and will possess the ability to develop employees and foster cohesive, productive teams.
General Manager Position Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience including successfully developing people and growing an organization
• Track record of promoting and strengthening company culture and core values
• General business operations experience and financial acumen, including business development, budgets, and financial analysis
• Proficiency with technology (Google Suite and QuickBooks), essential; ERP/CRM experience, a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
