Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and enforce operational standards, including food safety, cleanliness, and service quality.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and cost control measures are in place.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff, including front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Lead by example to ensure all team members deliver exceptional service and are aligned with company values.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and address any staff concerns.
- Foster a positive work culture that emphasizes teamwork, communication, and growth opportunities.
- Manage the restaurant’s budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control initiatives.
- Analyze financial reports, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining consistent quality of food, service, and atmosphere.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Maintain restaurant’s adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food & beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Solid understanding of financials, budgeting, and P&L management.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
