We are Melanbo OpCo LLC. a franchisee of Bojangles Inc. Our management teams are responsible for the daily restaurant operations and ensuring Bojangles' standards are met in all areas. If you have excellent communication and customer service skills along with previous management experience, we will provide you with tools to be successful through our on-going training and management programs. Our General Managers provide leadership and coaching to employees while generating an atmosphere where people strive to exceed the expectations of the customer. Leading by example, motivating team members, taking initiative, delivering outstanding customer service and, holding yourself and others accountable, are a must for this position. Requirements:
- Experience in restaurant management including experience managing a team, and familiarity with managing a P & L, Food Cost, and Labor Cost
- Drive key performance indicators including labor, food and cash
- Knowledge of food safety and willingness to certify in this field
- Develop team members to improve performance and earnings
- Complete daily responsibilities including food safety checklist and inventories
- Complete daily sales report, drawer counts, compile and deliver deposits
- Breakfast and Drive-thru experience is a plus
- Understand your success depends on the success of others is crucial

Experience: Management experience (required), Restaurant management (preferred)
