What You'll Do:

• Lead a talented team to provide top-tier service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Conduct operational audits and ensure all policies and regulations are met.
• Prepare financial reports, business plans, and budgets.

What You Bring:

• Experience in the senior living industry and a passion for service.
• At least 3 years of progressive management experience (required).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to engage and inspire teams.
• A bachelor’s degree.
