Job Details
Developing recommendations for goals and action plans to achieve Board objectives.
Overseeing the annual budget process and revenue generating operations to ensure goals are met.
Conducting monthly reviews of expense centers, reporting on cost containment, payroll analysis, and cost of goods analysis.
Reviewing organization structure, job descriptions, and functions, and making recommendations to the Board for potential changes.
Partnering with public, private, and volunteer organizations to provide community services when necessary.
Supporting the activities of various Board sub-committees and ensuring compliance with all Community Governing documents.
Providing community leadership and guidance to address homeowner needs and desires.
Creating and implementing the annual working budget, subject to Board approval, and monitoring the monthly financial position of the Association.
Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising community staff, and overseeing targeted programs and alliances.
Collaborating with local emergency organizations to maintain established emergency and community evacuation plans.
Planning, coordinating, and leading annual goal-setting sessions with the Board and key community participants.
Reviewing corporation policies to ensure compliance with governing documents and regulations.
Overseeing Lifestyle/Fitness Coordinators and ensuring efficient operations and programming.
Skills and Qualifications:
Valid Florida CAM license is required.
Minimum of ten years of successful community management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Budgetary knowledge and control experience.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
Conflict resolution and decision-making capabilities.
Strategic planning and organizational skills.
Ethical practices and client interaction abilities.
Education and Experience:
College Degree and Management experience required.
NRED full Community Manager License.
Five or more years of experience with Common Interest Communities.
