We are launching our search for our General Manager. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Daily management of club operations to include Spa, Fitness, Retail, Health & Performance, Guest Experience (both members and day guests), Community Events and Engagement, Engineering, and Custodial.
• Sole responsibility for the property’s P&L and primary liaison to and contact for partner property.
• Drive elevated levels of member satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Passionate knowledge of and personal commitment to health & wellness.
• Lead the team in a way that builds trust and supports collaboration and colleague engagement.
• Interact with a network of professionals by representing the Canyon Ranch brand to the community, industry professionals, and local and state agencies in a way that enhances Canyon Ranches’ reputation.
• Direct responsibility and leadership of the Executive Committee for the property.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• 7+ years successful experience in sales or related field; preferably in luxury products with high touch clientele
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Documented successful Spa operations experience, Opening experience a plus
• Immersion and knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth culture working in luxury product sales & services
• CCE (Certified Chief Executive), CCM (Certified Club Manager), spa or massage therapy licensing a plus
