We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure top-tier service delivery. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth company and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective service and project delivery.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and quality.
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Monitor and analyze financial data, providing regular reports to the executive team.
- Implement cost-saving measures and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement strategies to enhance employee productivity.
Customer Service & Quality Assurance
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery, maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the fire and water restoration industry.
- Proven track record in upper management roles such as General Manager, Operations Manager, or Department Manager, overseeing key areas within a company.
- Strong knowledge and experience handling insurance claims related to restoration services.
- Experience managing teams and driving operations in a production environment with multiple service areas.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary of $170,000 - $200,000, with on-target earnings up to 2% of total annual revenue.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with up to 6% company match, health, vision, and dental insurance.

- Paid time off (PTO) with 5 vacation days and 3 sick days in the first 2 years, increasing to 10 vacation days after 2 years.
