Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
Manage daily operations, ensuring that the diner maintains high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. - Staff Leadership:
Lead, train, and inspire a team of associates to deliver exceptional dining experiences while fostering a positive work environment. - Financial Oversight:
Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures to enhance profitability. - Guest Satisfaction:
Engage with customers to ensure a memorable experience and effectively handle any issues or feedback. - Menu Innovation:
Collaborate with chefs to curate menu updates and special promotions that resonate with our clientele. - Marketing & Promotion:

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or diner environment.
