About the Role:
The General Manager is responsible for providing leadership and daily support to direct and indirect reports for the entire organization. The General Manager will work directly with the sales and installation teams to ensure timely and efficient deliverables to our customers. The activities of this position are to train, coach, and mentor the team, goal setting, and manage deliverables including but not limited to day-to-day operations, production, and inventory management; financial and accounting: sales; and customer service. The GM brings the vision to life each day.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily business operations, utilizing the EOS and traction system.
- P&L accountability
- Achieve operational excellence goals.
- Hire, and train, staff to the business needs
- Submit all relevant payroll, new hire, and accounting documents to HPB promptly
- Lead and instill a “Customer First” environment which achieves ultimate customer service/satisfaction
- Lead team to promptly address customer issues and complaints, and develop solutions to resolve issues timely, and effectively.
- Communicate with appropriate personnel regarding customer issues, and the status of resolving such issues to foster a customer-focused workplace.
- Responsibilities include hiring, training, reviewing, and developing all management team members.
- Organizes the team. Has a daily, weekly, and monthly plan and can execute
- Analyze business results based on KPI reporting and make recommendations to Ownership
- Takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work, and achieves results with little oversight
- Communicate promptly to all HPB and support staff teams
- Ensures proper ordering of materials, tools, and supplies as needed and on budget
- Ensures all company assets (vehicles, electronics, tools) are in proper working order, proper preventative maintenance performed, and that they represent the Gatsby Glass brand positively.
- Must meet or exceed sales goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have 3 or more years of experience in customer service or service industry
- 2 years of managing and leading teams of 5 or more
- Working knowledge of CRM programs
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Very detail-oriented, organized, and can keep efficient notes and records
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including an understanding of basic grammar and writing.
- High energy, positive attitude, and forward-thinking.
- Strong team player and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to develop and lead teams
- Must be able to demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and adapt to change.
- Ability to follow policy and procedures.
- Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Strong working knowledge of common computer software including but not limited to MS Outlook, word, excel, CRM
