Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Business or Engineering preferred
• 5+ years of progressive management experience in a Corrugated Packaging facility, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations/production management - Required
• Strong financial acumen with a history of achieving financial and operational goals
• Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation
• Strategic thinker with excellent planning and analytical capabilities
• Effective communicator, adaptable to various audiences
