Responsibilities

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance and operations of our steakhouse, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will inspire and motivate both the Front of House and Back of House teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high service standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead by example, motivating and inspiring your team. Mentor team members to support their career development.
• Customer Experience: Maintain and exceed customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Administrative Duties: Handle all administrative tasks while being a visible presence on the restaurant floor.
• P&L Management: Strong understanding and control of P&L to manage costs effectively.
• Sales and Profit Growth: Proven ability to drive sales and build profit.

Requirements:

• Availability: Night and weekend availability is required.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience: 4+ years of General Manager experience in a fine dining environment.
• Education: A college degree or culinary degree is preferred but not required.
