Key Responsibilities You Will Have:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the gym, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and adherence to company policies.
- Marketing and Promotions (Local and Digital): Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive membership growth through social media, events, and community outreach.
- Sales: Create and implement sales strategies to meet membership goals and revenue targets, including follow-ups, outreach, and prospect engagement.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with members, ensuring an exceptional experience that drives retention and referrals.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor revenue targets, and control expenses to ensure profitability.
- Team and Culture Development: Create and sustain a fun, inclusive, and motivating environment for staff and members.
