Job Description: As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall operations of our cleaning company. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities and ensuring exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff and administrative personnel.
- Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
- Monitor and control budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial or project manager role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning practices, equipment, and products preferred.

25-30 hours a week
