General Manager Administration - AIST - Association for Iron & Steel Technology

The Association for Iron & Steel Technology (AIST.org), a growing 501c3 non-profit organization located in Cranberry Township, PA, seeks an intelligent, articulate and self-motivated individual to lead the organization’s overall administration including finance, accounting, information technology, human resources, and facilities management. The ideal candidate will be a certified public accountant, and/or MBA with equivalent managerial experience. This role is in-office with hybrid flexibility; some domestic and international travel is required.

Job functions for the Association and its affiliated Foundation include:

1. cash flow, banking, investments, internal controls, financial reporting, budgeting, inventory, payroll, audits, and tax preparation

1. information technology and building administration functions

1. human resources, personnel policies and employee benefits

supervision and training for associated personnel
