Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 DOE

Location: New York, NY

My client is a members club offering boutique, ultra-luxury residencies located in Manhattan, NY. They offer timeless accommodation, unique amenities, and breathtaking views. They are seeking a General Manager to oversee daily business activities and improve overall business functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Develop growth strategies and implement them effectively
• Train and develop lower-level managers and staff
• Create and manage budgets efficiently
• Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives
• Lead the hiring process to build a skilled workforce
• Analyze financial data to make informed decisions

Key Requirements:

• Proven work experience in a luxury hospitality hotel or a related establishment
• Bachelor's degree in business management or similar area
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team building, staff development, and fostering a positive work culture
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and senior management
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop and manage budgets, forecast revenue, and drive profitability
