Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager - Food to join our team with one of our high profile clients. The General Manager - Food will be responsible for day to day operations, including cafe and catering. Duties include managing a team of 9-10 direct reports and ensuring catering events are set up and executed. The ideal candidate will have high end catering management experience.

The successful candidate will:

• have oversight of day-to-day operations;
• manage the set-up and execution of all catered events.
• deliver high quality food service;
• achieve company and client financial targets and goals; 
• develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
• develop strategic plans;
• create a positive environment; and/or
• ensure Sodexo standards are met.

• Preference to demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) or is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience  

Basic Management Experience - 5 years              

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
