Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a General Manager 4 to support in the North New Jersey area. The General Manager will oversee and direct all Food and Nutrition services at a medical center/hospital in the region. The General Manager will be a dynamic team player with a proven background in strategic thinking, fostering an inclusive culture, and driving successful business initiatives. 

The successful candidate will:

• have oversight of day-to-day operations;
• successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staff;
• achieve company and client financial targets and goals; 
• develop and maintain client and customer relationships 
• develop strategic plans;
• ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;
• ensure Sodexo standards are met.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience  

Basic Management Experience - 5 years              

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
