• Oversee day-to-day food service operations, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to standards.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of food service management experience, ideally in hospitality or high-end restaurants.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Extensive background in safety and sanitation compliance.
• Proven leadership and hospitality skills with a collaborative work history.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards, with the flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
