- Oversee day-to-day food service operations, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to standards.
- Implement Sodexo systems and programs, including staff training and development.
- Continuously evaluate service quality to maintain client and guest satisfaction.
- Drive employee engagement and foster employee satisfaction through strong leadership.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor with a customer service focus.
- Achieve financial targets for both the company and client, while creating a positive, results-driven environment.

What You Bring
- 4+ years of food service management experience, ideally in hospitality or high-end restaurants.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Extensive background in safety and sanitation compliance.
- Proven leadership and hospitality skills with a collaborative work history.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards, with the flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
