Hourly Rate: $18.03
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 3:30pm
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Essential Functions
- Work involves a variety of the following duties: replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures and motors, using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings, repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers and toilets, painting structures and equipment;
- Repairing or replacing concrete floors, steps and sidewalks, replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles, hanging doors and installing door locks, replacing broken window panes and performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Is knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures in area(s) of specialty.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Works under general supervision;
- Reports to a supervisor or manager.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- Other duties as assigned
