SAVARD is hiring a HVAC Maintenance Technician with HVAC certification for work in Baton Rouge, LA for Job #10409

Environment: Apartment complex

Job Scope/Duties: Maintenance technicians will be responsible for the upkeep of HVAC Systems in an apartment complex.

Duties will consist but are not limited to:
- Everything from maintenance, repair, and replacement of HVAC systems
- Conduct regular inspections to determine areas that need attention and then perform the tasks
- Report major damages to maintenance manager for issue resolution
- Must be able to use small hand tools
- Great customer service is required
 
Work experience required:
 
- 2 years experience as an HVAC Tech after their certification
- HVAC Certification Required
- Must have own transportation
- Valid DL
- Must have own basic tools and gauges
- Drug screen and Background check

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, work outside in all weather.

Shifts/Hours:
- Monday- Friday, 8: 00am - 5: 00 pm
- OT is available

Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00/ hr DOE
Up to $1, 352 w 48 hours
