Based in Raleigh, NC, we provide a wide range of legal services, including bankruptcy, estate planning, construction, community association law, and more!

Due to growth, we're seeking a General Litigation Attorney to join our team! Must have 2+ years of Civil Litigation experience and have strong written and communication skills. Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. The ideal candidate has an admission to the North Carolina State Bar or eligibility for admission.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide legal advice, handle administrative law matters, conduct legal research, and represent clients in various civil litigation areas of the firm's practice (real property, construction law, commercial, & contracts)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal procedures, court rulings, and other legal developments.
  
  

What You Need For This Position

Must Have Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as an Attorney handling Civil Litigation matters
• Proficient in legal research and document preparation
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar or eligibility for admission
