About the Job
We are in search of a highly motivated and skilled General Liability Litigation Attorney to join one of our client firms. As an integral member, you'll engage in diverse legal matters, representing clients in various proceedings and providing expert legal counsel. Your role will be pivotal in upholding our commitment to delivering premium legal services. In office 2 days per week!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to offer strategic counsel to clients.
- Prepare legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and other necessary instruments.
- Advocate for clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
- Offer guidance and advice on a broad spectrum of legal issues.
- Stay abreast of legal and industry developments.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve client objectives.
- Maintain precise and organized case files and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar with good standing in relevant bar associations.
- 2 years of legal practice experience in General Liability, Premises Liability, or Professional Liability.
- Strong aptitude in legal research and analysis.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and adept organizational capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Client-centric approach with a dedication to exceptional service.
