General Laborer - Excel Temporary Services

Job Description:

• Position: Floater
• Location: Flooring mill
• Duties: Fill various manufacturing roles within the rough end and finishing line as needed
• Responsibilities: Adapt to changing tasks based on daily production requirements; Work assigned shift and overtime as necessary
• Shift: Primarily hiring for the 3rd shift

Skills Required:

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and reach with hands and arms; Maneuver within a workspace of 30" width
• Communication: Capable of verbal communication and listening
• Strength: Lift boards ranging from 2.25" to 5" wide and up to 7' long, each weighing around 9 lbs; Regularly lift and move items up to 50 lbs
