Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with facility setup, cleanup, and maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and workstations.
- Collaborate with managers and machine operators, providing support with various tasks to keep production running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Physical Strength: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Safety Awareness: Follow safety protocols rigorously and maintain a high level of alertness at all times.
- Coordination and Reflexes: Demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination, quick reflexes, and unimpaired motor skills.
