General Laborer PT-AM - FurstStaffing

FurstStaffing has Part Time, Random General Laborer opportunities at GENERAL MILLS, a highly regarded snacks manufacturing plant, in Belvidere. Work 1 or 2 shifts a week. Call in for work when you are available.Put together a schedule that works for YOU! The General Laborer is an essential production support role $17.00 per hour The shift hours for AM General Laborer are 5:30am-6:00pm. Pick up available shifts Mondays thru Sundays.  
Shifts are 12 hours which include three 30 minutes breaks, two of which are paid time. Primary responsibility for the General Laborer position:

• Loading folded boxes from cage into baler

 Additional tasks may include:

• Loading cups onto conveyor line
• Hand packing product into boxes/cartons
• Stacking boxes/cartons onto pallets
• Hand feeding product onto the production line
• Box making and break down
• Visual inspection of various product and packaging material components
• Line cleaning and sanitation

 Job requirements for the Packer position include:

• Ability to stand throughout shift and lift a up to 35 pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, and walk up and down stairs
