Job Title: General Laborer/Floater
Location: Largo, FL

Job Description:

TempExperts is seeking a dedicated General Laborer/Floater to join our clients growing team in Largo, FL. The General Laborer/Floater will be responsible for performing various manual labor tasks and supporting operations at worksites.

Responsibilities:

• Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete materials.
• Assist welders and work with multiple machines, including grinding and sanding.
• Handle and transport materials and equipment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks.
• Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures.
• Report any issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.

Requirements:

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods, lifting heavy loads up to 35 pounds).
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety rules.
• Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset, but not necessary.
