Job Description

• Demolition, mitigation, construction, and restoration of residential properties damaged by water and/or mold
• Ability to be part of a team, working alongside peers and managers to successfully complete mitigation jobs in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that the project is completed in the established timeframe and meets the customer’s satisfaction
• Ability to work with a wide assortment of construction and demolition tools as well as specialized drying equipment
• Comfortable working in confined areas such as crawlspaces and attics - construction, labor, demolition
• Able to follow directions given by Crew Chiefs
• Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays (flexible rotating schedule)
• High level of listening skills and positive attitude
• Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
• Background in plumbing, demolition, water/mold mitigation and/or carpentry is a plus but not required
• Must be punctual and reliable
