Schedule:
1st shift Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 2:30 pm (paid 30 minute break).
2nd shift Monday through Thursday 2:30 pm to 12:30 am (paid 40 minute break).
- 2nd shift receives a $1.00 an hour shift differential
No mandatory overtime.
Many opportunities exist for overtime if you desire it, but we value your time away from work also.
Pay starts at $16.50 an hour, but we reward employees who display a strong work ethic, a willingness to help the team, and commitment to providing quality products to our customers. We also take into consideration past work experience.
Brief Job description:
- Cleaning of machine components in the washroom.
- Maintain a clean work environment throughout the plant.
- Around and using chemicals.
- Assist printing press operator to make ready, operate, and maintain roll-fed or sheet-fed, single-or-multicolor flatbed, cylinder, offset, flexographic, or web press.
- Take finished product off machine, palletize, and label
- Work in a team environment and cross-train with others.
- Assist team in machine cleanup.
- Receive training to help advance your career.

Requirements
Position Qualifications:
- Can do attitude.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written communication skills).
- Ability to read a ruler.
- Ability to see and recognize color.
- Able to work independently, follow instructions, and be self-motivated.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time during shift, excluding break periods.
- Able to push rolls with roll jacks.
- Willingness and flexibility to assist in covering call-ins and/or vacation.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
